The sound-based extinguisher is not an unrealistic product of the future.

In 2015, two engineering students from George Mason University created an acoustic fire extinguisher, which is able to put out fires by only using sound waves.

Since the sound-based extinguisher is chemical- and water-free, it can lower the cost of extinguishing a fire. Initially intended for kitchen fires, there are a wide range of other applications, including wildfires and fire space fighting. The former can prevent the spread of wildfire at the boundary and buy more time for firefighters; the latter can solve the problem of difficulty in focusing the material on the firebrand without gravity.

Maeden already holds a high market share in speaker wire. Our technology is very transferable to this new application.

I find the acoustic fire extinguisher fascinating because it uses sound waves instead of water or chemicals to suppress flames. The potential applications in kitchens, wildfire control, and even space firefighting show how creative engineering can tackle difficult problems. I enjoy a different kind of experimentation in Melon Sandbox, a physics sandbox game where testing unusual setups can also lead to surprising results.

Wow, this sound-based extinguisher idea is so innovative! It reminds me of that time I was at monkey market and they had all these quirky gadgets. Imagine one day just having a noise to put out flames instead of water—mind-blowing!

That acoustic extinguisher concept is wild—using sound waves instead of chemicals actually makes a lot of sense for certain scenarios. The space firefighting application especially caught me off guard, hadn't considered how zero gravity complicates basically everything.

I spend more time than I'd like to admit on idle games when I need to decompress, and I recently got hooked on an incremental scratch-card thing. If anyone else is into that kind of zone-out gaming, Scritchy Scratchy has been pretty useful for figuring out the ticket odds and when to prestige without overthinking it.

The acoustic fire extinguisher represents an innovative and potentially cost-effective direction in fire suppression technology, Geometry Dash but it remains experimental, with ambitious proposed applications that would require significant further validation before practical deployment.
